THE WAY TO MEDITATAE

                    WHAT'S MEDITATION ACTUALLY!




ORIGINALLY, MEDITATION IS THE GIFT OF THE SANATAN DHARM I.E. HINDUISM TO THE MANKIND. Meditation NOT ONLY INCREASES THE MENTAL CAPACITY OF A PERSON TO HANDLE THE BEST AS WELL AS THE WORST OF THE Situations BY Strengthening THE EMOTIONAL HEALTH BUT ALSO STRENGTHENS THE CAPACITY OF THE BODY TO THE CORE BY MAKING IT IMMUNE TO ALL KINDS OF DISEASES. IT Cleanses THE MIND OF THE PERSON MEDITATING AND PROVIDES HIM THE WAY TO LIVE AND LOVE THE LIFE TO THE FULLEST. IT PROVIDES THE SOLUTION TO ALL YOUR PROBLEMS , BE IT EMOTIONAL OR PHYSICAL. YOU SURELY GET ANSWER TO ALL THE QUESTIONS, EVEN THOSE QUESTIONS THAT YOU DON'T KNOW BUT YOUR SOUL KNOWS. IT HEALS YOU TO THE PAR BRAMHA, I.E. TO YOUR ENERGY BEYOND WHICH YOU CAN Perceive AND FEEL IT .IT WILL MAKE YOU Realise YOUR CONNECTION WITH THE FORCE THAT DRIVES ALL LIFE FORMS- THE SHAKTI. Now the question is how to meditate. The answer is that first of all you have to sit in padmasan (sitting by legs crossed) and then regulate your breath. Regulating your breath will be by doing pranayam for about 5 minutes. This will include taking Deep breaths at first, then bhastrika and then anulom-vilom. After this is done now the time is to focus i.e. dhyan or meditation. Let me tell you why do you need to regulate your breath before you meditate. The reason is your breaths are your life. No breath, no life. It means that your breath is your connection to god and your inner self. So doing pranayam before meditation will allow you to achieve your focus in dhyan. Result of your meditation will increase manifolds and you will notice it surely.

After pranayam, you need to meditate. For it first you have to close your eyes and then visualise your Guru or any god be it Maa Kali or Maa Durga or Bhagwan Shiv or Narayan  sitting on astadal kamal (eight petals lotus) on your forehead between your eyebrows i.e. your bhrikuti. After you have visualised now focus on it. Focus on each part of your god. Feel how your god is bestowing upon you so much blessing. Feel it. It will feel a soothing and cool effect percolating you from mind to soul and to your body. You can do it for five to ten days in the beginning and then increase it to about half an hour. Then you have to chant Om for about 30 to 50 times by closing your eyes. This will create electric effect on you. You will feel that yes your meditation is working. With om chant your meditation is complete. You know what can increase your meditation many fold is making balance between your mental as well as physical health. This will be done by following what I say. You have to do 35 minutes fast morning walk. This is your physical health, now balance it with your meditation. This will increase your connection with God and you will see it in your daily life. Your level in spiritual chakra will also increase. Maybe you feel different spiritual experiences 🙂.

Your respect in society increases. You exell in every field. Why? Because you are a balanced person now and God will help you more as you are active now in your soul. But remember, that it will come to you only if you are consistent in your meditation.
